Apply it on the inner corners of the eyes, covering slightly also the upper eyelids. As mentioned before, paint the water line with the black eyeliner pencil, which in turn, should be smudged over the lower eyelids. Now, your eye make-up is ready. Time to give your face some shape. Firstly, apply a highlighter on the cheekbones. Then, brush it towards temples.
